Self-hosted n8n

n8n on your server or on mine in Germany: set up, secured and kept up to date. Your workflows, your data.

n8n is a tool for automating workflows between your programs. A new request from a form, for example, automatically lands in a spreadsheet, triggers an email or creates a task. Self-hosted, your data stays on your server.

What's included

  • n8n on your own server or on my server in Germany, with its own PostgreSQL database
  • An encrypted connection (HTTPS), updates and backups
  • A walkthrough at handover, so you can get started right away

You build the workflows yourself. I make sure n8n runs securely and reliably.

Why self-host?

Self-hosted, your data and credentials stay with you, and you're not tied to a cloud provider's pricing plans.

How we start

In a free first call we clarify who will use n8n and where it should run. Then you get a clear quote.

What it costs

The first call is free. After that you get a quote: a fixed price for the project or billed by the hour from €75. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act, I do not charge VAT.

Frequently asked questions

What can I automate with n8n?

Almost anything that goes back and forth between programs: forms, emails, spreadsheets, calendars or webhooks. n8n comes with many ready-made integrations for this.

Where does n8n run?

On your own server or on my server in Germany, each with its own database. That way your data stays in your hands.

Do you build the workflows too?

No. I set up n8n and keep it up to date, and you build the workflows yourself. At handover I show you where to start.
